Durring the last bit of the Precision Rifle Clinic that goes on for two days before the actual shoot, we set up reactive targets at the closest target line and the shooters get a taste of the actual event.

After the clinic over, we set up some stakes. These will all have reactive targets on them, and will all be detonated by mid morning the next day.

There is lime in the back of the smaller targets. The lime bonds to the lead and prevents too much lead getting into the water table of the area. You can also see the blast pattern of the targets here on the ground in the lime.
